NT Formatting

I have a pc running NT4 server & wish to make it purely an NT4 workstation.
How do I format drive C: as it ignores a boot disk and NT server loads!!!!!

Help Please.......

While starting, go to your bios and change the first boot device to A:

Then insert disk1 of NT setup and restart the workstation...
