I'm trying to install NT 4.0 Workstation on a new computer with a Pentium III/600 and a 13.6 GB hard drive. A message about the hard drive having more than 1024 cylinders comes up eventually, and the next screen that comes up says the set up program can't find (or read?) the files it was supposed to have installed.
I've partitioned the hard drive several different ways, at one point making the primary drive 1024 MB and formatted FAT16. But nothing I've done makes a difference. I've even formatted the hard drive and installed DOS 6.21 as a starting point.
Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look at...

If you want >4gb partition this works well. Remember to set the partition as active when you are finished with disk admin.
