server problem

I have Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 installed.
Please tell me how to deal with this Event Viewer message:

Event ID: 7023
Source: Service Control Manager
Type: Error
Category: None
Description:
The Server service terminated with the following error:
Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

How do I find list of event ID's? Thank you.
