Parttition not converted to NTFS

After installing WinNt 4.0 one of my
disk partitions was not converted
to NTFS, is there a way to convert
my "D:" drive to NTFS?

Well, You can do it using Partition Magic. Or empty the drive and format it using the winnt startup floppy (i think this works)

If the D partition is the one with NT on it, you can run "convert D: /fs:ntfs"(without the quotes) from the command prompt in NT. If NT is on the C partition, you can use Disk Administrator to format D.
