I had WIN98 originally installed in my machine. I am trying to work on all MS OS's so I used the DOS version of Partition Magic (version unknown) to create a FAT16 partition. I was able to load WNT Server and Workstation 4.0 and am able to boot between them. The problem is when trying to boot to W98.The way I am doing it right now is that I insert a W95 formatted (FAT16) diskette, and restart the machine to be able to run PQBOOT from Partion Magic, and switch to W98.

My question now is, is there a way to install just the required files on the FAT16 partition so an option to switch to W95 will appear, instead of the Unrecognized OS appears (w/c if selected just freezes the machine).

I have done what you are talking about. I have all three OS on my computer, which include Win 98, NT Server, and NT WS. Your windows 98 computer must have a fat 32 file ststem. You will also need to create at least 2 different partitions. One will have to be a
fat 32 with Win 98 and the other can be fat 16 or NTFS with the NT OS on it. Be sure to mark the fat 32 partition as active. You may want to go ahead and delete the partition with NT on it and start over. This should fix the problem but if you have anymore questions then please feel free to put a reply back in here and I will follow up.
