Virtual LAN in standalone WinNT Server.

Does any one know how to make a standalone WinNT Server to act like a small fully connected LAN? Actually, I have only one pc with WinNT Server installed and I want to experience administrating works and thus I've thinking of making it a virtual LAN. I've been using "NET USER \\<SERVER NAME> /USER:<USER LOGIN ID> *" to connect to the same PC but this only allowed one connection. Any idea? Thanks.

If you are administrator you can connect with //computer/c$ to the same computer you are working on. Is this what you mean?
