Domain Collapsing/Consolidation

Am in the preliminary planning phase of collapsing several PDCs into a single master domain. Any recomendations, suggestions, info on migration tools, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Am also looking for VPN info to support dial-ins across the U.S.

Configuration is NT4.0 for all servers and workstations - SP3. All hardware is COMPAQ.

There's a tool called "Pheonix" from Fastlane technologies which is good for this kind of stuff. It is licensed on a per user basis (about $15 per user I think)

It copies user names from one domain to another and adds new names to all the existing ACLs.

Two I know of are Pheonix (as mentioned) and Enterprise Administrator (EA). EA does a lot more too, so may be of interest if you need other tools.
