Can anyone recommend a good free FTP Client ?

I like smart FTP, but the truth is any of them work fine. Smart FTP is pretty easy to use, drag-and-drop.

I like Filezilla too. We use it at work and it runs just peachy. It's being actively developed, so updates come along every few weeks...

BTW, if you don't want to install it, a portable version is also available http://portableapps.com/news/2009-01-14_-_filezilla_portable_3.2.0
