Hi

I need some help with a problem that I have spent days trying to resolve. I have previously connected to Sky wireless router, but have now got problems connecting with a message that says "limited or no connectivity". When I view my wireless conection it shows signal strength as excellent, 48 packets sent, 0 sent.
When I try and repair the wireless connection, It is unable to renew IP address and says IntelPROset/wireless was unable to repair your connection

When I run ipconfig I received the following output:

I have tried endless methods to try and resolve this issue, including repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling my wireless and LAN adapters, restarting DHCP, RPS server and TCP/IP through services, downloaded and run freeware to fix corrupt registrys, as well as 2 system restores which have not helped the problem at all.

I would really appreciate any solutions anyone has based on the above info. I have spent hours reading similar forums and threads, and after trying all of the suggested actions I am at a loss!

The 169.254.159.215 IP address indicates that the router is not supplying the PC with an IP address. You could try powering off the router and PC, waiting 1 minute, then powering the router back up, waiting another minute, then powering up the PC.
