Anyone else having Avira update problems?

Mine has not updated for 3 days. It shows it trying to connect but then the update never starts or comes in.

What can I do? Anyone else having this problem?

It happens with them from time to time. I think it's just a lot of traffic at random. I waited a while, then updated manually no problem.

Has it updated for you this evening? Mine updated okay, but earlier this afternoon I had a friend's computer that I was adding a dvd burner and some more memory and after I got it running again, I got online to update his protection and Avira took quite a while to update...probably as lgbpop said...lots of traffic at that time.

Although the protection is first class, this is THE issue with free Avira/AntiVir. It's why I don't recommend it anymore... :(
