WinTv HVR 950 Database problem

I'm trying to reinstall my software and driver for my WinTv HVR 950. Everything seems to have install correctly, but everytime I double click on the TV app. I get a message that says:

hcwChDB
Couldn't Open Database
Data source name not found and no default driver specified
OK

Once I click OK a Select Data Souce box opens, with two tabs. One saying "File Data Source" and the other saying "Manchine Data Source"

Please advise.
