 I’m using Vista Home Premium, NOD32, Intel core 2, 2.13 GHz, 1 GB RAM, an NVidia 7600 GT and a new ViewSonic HD flat panel monitor.

I used to watch streaming video of past episodes of Lost (& others) with great HD quality at 6 Mb via Charter which now has me at 16 Mb. I currently have Linksys Wireless N Broadband Router hard wired.

Now the streaming video is not HD and poor quality…same with WMP clips. I upgraded my NVidia driver which took care of the WMP clips (back to normal) but thru ABC’s help, I found out I now have to disable NOD which I never had to before the speed upgrades and a new router. With NOD disabled the streaming video once again looks like an HD DVD.

Is there a setting in NOD where I won’t have to disable it to watch streaming video?

Funny, at 6MB and an older hard wired Linksys 4-Port Cable/DSL EtherFast Router, everything was fine. I’m tempted to drop my Charter speeds, upgrade the firmware for the old router and see what happens.

Any suggestions to set NOD for streaming video…it did it once before???

Thanks,
Mike

Somehow I just disabled NOD last weekend and the streaming video worked. I just got back from a work meeting and forgot how I did it...I should have written it down because it was fast after I figured it out.
