On my LAN I have one computer with Outlook 2003 and one with Outlook XP (2002). Is there a program (freeware?) to sync. kontacts and kalendar?

One computer has WinXPPro and the other one Win98SE

By the looks of things it isn't easy without Exchange Server. You might find this article helpful:
