I know mailinator has been around for some years. usil September 2nd, 2006, 05:22 PM I have used dodgeit (http://www.dodgeit.com/) on occasion if I don't want to give my real email address away. Sal_gal September 2nd, 2006, 08:17 PM I have used dodgeit (http://www.dodgeit.com/) on occasion if I don't want to give my real email address away. Think I'll try it because I swear this spam is driving me nuts. One problem: You can't choose the same email name as someone else. For ex: I chose "Sally @ dodgeit and there was already a Sally. That's a flaw in the program. usil September 2nd, 2006, 10:29 PM If "Sally" has paid a subscription, then she can decide when to erase the emails. If she doesn't, the address remains her. Otherwise, it runs out after 7 days, and then you can get it. SpywareDr September 3rd, 2006, 04:41 AM One problem: You can't choose the same email name as someone else. If there were two or more "Sally@dodgeit" email addresses, when an email comes in for "Sally@dodgeit", how is the "dodgeit" email server supposed to know which "Sally" to deliver the email to? virtualdr.com
