Joomla Extension Needed

Is anyone here familiar with Joomla (http://www.joomla.org)? I have a real estate related website based on a Joomla template. I need an extension to complete the project.
There is a program called Hot Property (http://www.mosets.com) that is compatible, but it is sorely lacking in refinement. I'm looking for someone who can take Hot Property, which I have already purchased, and make the necessary upgrades and tweaks that I need for my site.
If anyone can help, please contact me and I can go further into details.

"JOOMLA"? Don't be suckered by any new fangled "web site creation" tools. Learn basic HTML, find a host,(yes you will pay) eg. a computer that will answer a request for the website people are looking for, such as http://www.virtualdr.com,. JOOMLA??? C'mon! Don't give the sob's a cent !

Carbo, I realize that you already have the software installed, and I appologize for being an ******* :( on the subject. There are so many other free alternatives if you would only take the time to search.
