Copernic Problem

I've a problem with Copernic, every time I try to modify a previous search I get a error,
"An error occurred while loading schedules. This may be caused by insufficient user access rights"
I click OK and am able make changes, but it is annoying!
Anyone have any ideas on whats happening?

You didn't say what version of Copernic you are using or what your operating system is. But if it's one of the free versions you could try a un-install/re-install. If it's a payed version you can find support here;
