Hi,
Im trying to get a game (Zoo Tycoon 2) working on my Windows XP PC, however the graphics for it are very distorted,
I have taken a picture of the main menu that greets me when i start it up, and as you can see there is no way of knowing what to click on etc:
I have tried to increase the screen resolution to the max (by right clicking and selecting properties whilst on the desktop), but this did nothing. I cant even access the options menu on the game becuase I dont know where this is as you can tell from the picture I have included for you
Ive also tried rebooting
Any ideas would be appreciated

Does your system meet all of the minimum system requirements for "Zoo Tycoon 2 and Endangered Species"?

Ive noticed now that when I press CTRL ALT DEL (as this is the only way I can stop the game and return to the desktop)
That the window which comes up showing what is running briefly appears on top of the window in which the game is running and its HUGE (so me changing the resolution on the desktop isnt affecting the game)
Could this be an issue? Is there a way I can hange the resolution for the game, becuase I cant access the options tab on the main menu for the game can I due to the distorted graphics
Also when I bring up CTRL ALT DEL the game is the only thing running yet my PC is running at 100% is this right?

Just to note: Most games will give you a minimum and most of the minimum requirements are meant to give you what the game will work with; however, most games minimum requirements only mean you can load the game with those specs, but for running the game properly you would need at least 128mb Video ram. And Zoo Tycoon 2 is one of those games that run much better on the higher video cards ramdac. My granddaughter has this game and her Geforce4 440 64mb card had to be changed out so she could play the game. We bought and installed a Geforce4 MX4000 128mb card and her game played much better.

Have this site run the test to see if your computer can run this Zoo game. Select the game from the menu.
