Overburning a KVCD

Is there a way to shrink or over :eek: burn a KVCD (810mb) to overburn it to a 700mb CD-R?
I have NTI and Nero 7.

According to this site (doing a search for "overburn") you may be able to do this by using Nero.

They simply suggest using Neros settings to allow the overburn.
