THIS EXPLANATION (http://www.incredimail.com/english/faq_index/im/hyperlink.html) is not working and I can't figure it out for the life of me. Does anyone have any other ideas? I appreciate your help!

I'd say you have to type the text you want to appear, e.g. "Click This" and highlight it, then click th hyperlink button, enter the URL, and click okay....when the recipient opens it, it will say Click This, when they do it should take them to the link.

An alternative if using plain text is to use a service like http://www.shorturl.com/ and just paste the shorter url provided free by them and it will redirect the other person to the correct site.Especially good for extreemly long urls.

Hi liam858,
I fully understand what you are saying and believe me I've tried that using both Incredimail and Outlook Express and I believe as you do that's the way it is supposed to work...but in my case it just doesn't.
I type the text eg. GO HERE and I highlight it...when I do that the hyperlink button lights up but it doesn't OPEN UP so that I can insert the url or hyperlink. I can't figure out why it doesn't open??? I gave a link with a pic in my last email of just what we're talking about. BTW, my friend I like you banner at the bottom...cool...and I think it is new!
