Currently it's only available for download from the MS Connect site:

www.connect.microsoft.com

It's 2802.3 MB in size, and you will need to get a different product key, also from the MS Connect site.

Well, I've got it downloaded, burned to DVD and installed. So far it seems to have a good number of the bugs ironed out that were in the last build. I'm typing this from it now :)
