Ok, so I bought the World of EA Sports package for PC. 5 games, great deal. So all of them work...Madden '04, Live '04, Tiger PGA, and NHL 04..however the Nascar game won't load, it says not enough memory. I have 256MB and the game requires 128, but 256 for XP users. Now from what I understand 64mb of my ram is being used for shared video or something right?

So is there anyway I can get this thing to load(other than buying more ram?) All the other games run perfect, even with top notch details on. Madden even says that it needs more memory to run but gives me the option to load anyways, and it runs smooth as silk. Surely the Nascar should run smooth too?

i used to have these problems on my old computer. my problem was that i had too many programs running in the background eating up all my ram and resources. my guess is that you also have so many programs running in the background that you dont have enough remaining resources to run the game, although your hardware meets the minimum requirements. open up task manager and have a look, stop everything you dont need.

to free up more resourses, i suggest opening up msconfig and stoping everything from running at startup that you dont need. if you dont know what some of the things are, go to:
