On Paint programs that don't take a year to load up? besides PSP 7.04.

If you are mainly using this type of program for photo editing, as long as you're not needing the most robust program in the world, someone here at VDr recently suggested Photo Filtre. I have tried it out and for a free program, it does quite a lot and is VERY easy to use. http://www.photofiltre.com/ Based on my tests, it's all I'm ever going to need. (Can't help you with a graphic design program. I have never used one. :) )
