 Please help me play Spades (card game) at www.zone.com. After having problems uninstalling Norton Internet Security 2003, I've had problems downloading Spades game (multiplayer) software. I've done everything suggested in their FAQs and support page, but nothing helps. I've allowed cookies, deleted internet cache and files, adjusted my firewall, and listed the site on trusted sites, but it still doesn't work. I also get an "error code" prompt when trying to install Windows Media Player 10. Finally, Windows Restore doesn't work. Any suggestions would be helpful. I realize you asked this some time ago, but your problem isn't a gaming problem, but internet question. Gaming is problems for the games themselves. You're having problems downloading. Hence, internet. So I've moved you there, and replying will boost your question up to a new day. ;)

Thank you Photolady. I've recently completed all their FAQs: deleting internet files, internet cookies, enabling cookies, opening the suggested ports for the games, but nothing works. In addition, I cannot install Windows Media Player, which gives me an error prompt during installation. My problems began when I uninstalled Norton Internet Security 2003. I didn't use Symantec's uninstall program to get rid of all the crap. I'm this close :( to taking my computer to the shop. Any suggestions would be helpful.
