Dumb question on burning DVDs

Hi there! I'm a newbie on burning DVD's (actually never did it before), and I'm gonna ask a very dumb question I guess...

Is it possible to burn a DVD with a CD recorder? :o

No, unfortunately you need a DVD burner.
