I have used this software (Roxio Basic 5etc/latest update) before but now the SoundStream utility won't copy CDs to my hard drive. If I copy one tune at a time it works, but NOT if I rename the tune.
Then I also have use AudioCatalyst to do the same, but the trial version only always selects the first tune on any CD. It used to select several and then by restarting it would select others and I could eventually copy all the CD.
Any ideas as to why this is happening? There is no tech support for AudioCatalyst (surprise surprise - it's now owned by Real).
