VANCOUVER (CP) - Computer hackers are increasingly targeting industrial control systems - including those at nuclear power stations, utilities and transport infrastructure - says a report that promises to "shock many in the engineering and IT community."

I'm not surprise. Almost all such systems these days run on Ethernet, and so for cost/convenience reasons they're often tied into the company business network. Many of them are specced by engineers or other people without a strong IT security background which doesn't help either.
