Obliviously I can, in properties,... But am asking about ..
' when I open the personal address book and the right pane shows Name / Phone Number / Email / Nickname/ organization / city etc etc..(of which you can place in order of A to Z or Z to A.)

I see only the work phone number and not the home phone number shows in the ' default area' of this open pane. So therefore when I glance at the first 30 odd names in alphabetical order in the right pane window, I see that only the work numbers are being displayed and I would also like other phone numbers to show..

Perhaps in regedit it could be hacked so Home is default instead of Work.
Please advise..

I'm looking at Mozilla Thunderbird here, but Netscape's UI should be very similar.

If you look at the top of the list, you'll see the column headings for "Name", "Email" etc. Look at the far right of that line and there should be a little box with a symbol and a down arrow in the lower-right corner. Clicking on that should show a list of potential column names, and you can check/uncheck the ones you do and don't want to see.

Saw that and did that, It scrolled thru a number of other settings but not Home address. When I went looking for the settings I found Home address greyed out below Work numbers.

I don't like or trust netscape 7 .., ( actually i personally use Outlook, but my wife with her business at home and emails perfers Netscape and we have been using 4.7/ 4.8 /4.9 since its inception back in 1998 .)
