I just bought a new CD and i tried to rip it to mp3 but all the mp3's skips. I tried ripping one of my old cds and it came out fine whats wrong with the new cd. I'm using winamp pro to rip it

It should say it on the CD cover somewhere.

Although I don't know if that just stops you copying CD to CD or extracting the tracks as WAV, MP3, WMA etc ?

Oh so thats what the sticker means..... yeah i see it now its a big paragraph about unauthorized duplication blah blah.... but i dont want to copy it i just want to rip it to mp3 so i can make one gigantic cd with mp3s on it.

Unfortunately that's a difficult area for us to deal with here at VRDR. Even if you are using the copies/rips for yourself, which I'm sure you are and is legal, we can't tell you how to do it because it violates our AUP (linked to above). The thing is is that anyone reading this thread could use the info for illegal means and we have to err on the side of caution and not supply that information. You'll have to look elsewhere for that.
