DVD X Copy Platinum

Howdy,
I just bought and downloaded DVD X Copy Platinum but each time I try to run it I get, "Run-Time Error, File is corrupted." I can't get them on the phone and there is no telling when they will reply to my email. I am running Win XP.
Please help, if you can.

Bad download. Nothing you can do but download another copy.

Call their tech support! They are real good to deal with! I bought dvd copy plus and it was supposed to do divx. It didn't. Their website said it would, the box said it would. Their tech support said it wouldn't! It had no provisions for divx. I bought it from Frys and Frys wouldn't take back opened software! I got 321 studios to call the Frys store manager and they aranged the whole refund for me. What other software company would do that?

Remember it is just after christmas and it may be hard to get through! Just don't give up! Keep trying!

I agree it is probably a bad download! You will have to redownload it. Redownloading may not be possible so you may have to request a cd to be sent to your house.

We ended up downloading it three times before we got it to work. Also, my wife had downloaded a trial version of express (that I did not know about) and after she deleted that, Platinum started working.
So, I'm not sure if it was the deleting of the trial or the third download that actually did the trick. But it is working.
