I have a 450 megahertz Intel Pentium II Dimension XPS R450 and I use these for my sound and graphics:
TBS Montego II Gameport Interface
TBS Montego II MPU-401 Interface
TBS Montego II PCI Audio
TBS Montego II Sound Blaster Pro Emulation
RAGE PRO TURBO AGP 2X (English) [Display adapter]
Dell D1226H [Monitor]
As i'm new to upgrading I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good ones for my system.
Cheers,
Greg

Well in order to upgrade your video card we will need to know how fast a agp slot you have. What make and model is your motherboard?
For sound.... what speakers are you running? Speakers make the greatest difference on your sound! If you have terrible speakers the best sound card in the world won't help. I like to recommend logitech speakers. Very nice stuff and cheaper than most. If the sky is the limit then you might want to take a look at Klipsch speakers. I have listened to great sounds through great speakers with horrible sound cards! I have never even heard great sound through any horible speakers. There are real good speakers under $50.00 too!
These are great and top rated! (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=36-121-102&catalog=60&manufactory=BROWSE&depa=1) I have used them many times now!

I used Belerac Advisor to find out the info, it said my motherboard is Board: Intel Corporation SE440BX AA696089-408 and my speakers are made by Altec Lansing. I got this computer about 5 years ago and all this stuff came with the computer.

You can get much better information about your system via the program Aida32 .
Download the enterprise edition from http://www.aida32.hu/aida-download.php?bit=32
With this program you can find out the exact details of your system, the full motherboard name and the supported agp speeds .
