Key Code for Works Suite 2000

My mom sent me the software for this but when asks for a key code for word. She can't find it and I was wondering how I get it.

I need word for school and Microsoft website is no help. Please can someone help me. Thank You.

If it's a legitimate copy, then the key code is either on the OEM license that came with the CD, or on the CD cover. If you have the actual MS CD's but have lost the keycode, you may be able to contact MS support for help.

If it's not a legitimate copy, then you shouldn't be asking that question on this board.

It is a legitmate cd. My mom lives in washington I live in MN and she sent all 7 cds and is looking for the cd cover. I think she might have lost it. Her husband won a 2004 copy of works at a senior social function and since I start school 1/12/04 and will need this for papers. she sent it too me. I tried getting the information from Microsoft and putting in the Product id code but I cant get anywhere. They also say they charge 35. to help out.
