I have WINME and now I have ISPWEST. I played around with ME and lost my home page config, Internet Explorer. I want to put my favorites back on the top of my page but I can't do it. I would also like to return to my original Internet Explorer home page if possible.

For the home page, brosse to it. Then left clcik and hold, then drag the Blue e to the home button and release it. Answer the question that pops up.

As for putting things back up in the menu areas, right click on the blank end and select customize. Then add it back in or remove what you do not want.
