Quicktime In System Tray

Everytime I turn on my computer runing Windows XP Home Edition, my Quicktime 5.0 loads and goes into the system tray. How can I stop Quicktime from loading on start-up?

First have a go at disabling it in MSCONFIG but this will most likely be a temp solution.
