The problem that I'm having is that when I import a wav file onto a seperate track of the stage, and upon exporting the sound in the resulting .swf is distorted. It seems to amplify itself as it loops getting louder and more distorted the longer it runs. I have tried creating a wav file with the sound volume at about 40% of it's original value but the problem remains. The sound file is good quality 44khz 16bit stereo. I have attempted lowering the sample and bit rates and making the file mono. Nothing has worked. I have tried all the export features (raw, speech, MP# etc). Again, nothing has worked. Any advice anyone one has regarding this problem would be most appreciated and is desperately needed. Thanks.

I'll be honest with you, I've only worked with Flash MX on a very limited level, but I found the following web site useful: Importing Sound Clips into Flash MX (http://hatbox.do.losrios.cc.ca.us/~fichera/CIS127/flash/sound-import.htm). Let me know if that helps you out at all, or if you've figured out a solution yourself let me know what worked.

Thanks.
