Looking for suggestions for Help desk software/Inventory Management for a small company with approx. 25 workstations and 4 servers.

I've seen some programs that will also help in deploying software and does inventory management and these are features I would also like to have.. Remote control is not that big of a concern as we have pcAnywhere installed on all the PC's.

It would be installed on win2K server.

TIA
Jayson

We use Blue Ocean's TrackIt. It does auditing, inventory management, has some help desk capabilities too. To be honest, though, we haven't had time to really use all the tools yet. That will come when we have adequate spare time. However, we have had little problems with the program, and it is adequate for what we need. BTW, there is no remote control features...we use Dameware for our R/C needs and that program rocks!

My company recently signed up with www.salesforce.com

Might be worth a look.

Thanks, I'm getting Track-It now and will give that a try.

I dont really need a service, just a program to help me provide a service to the company :)

I also found another program that looks promising. here's a link to the site: http://www.netsupport-inc.com/ I'm looking at their TCO product. They dont list a price for it on the site.. So i'm imagining its not cheap.
