I run into veird problem when burning AudioCD (via EZCD 5).
The CD is blank after recording!!! Mp3 files seem to be OK (WinAmp plays them ok) but after burning mp3 files to AudioCD there is no music at all! Any clues?

What shows when you browse to the CD with windows explorer? Are there any files there at all? What about right clicking the drive and properties... what does that indicate?

I'm not sure, but wonder if your other problem with the RW's are related, that your Roxio program overall is somehow corrupted?

A few mistakes were in my initial question. The CD is not blank after recording. It's an AudioCD with all recorded tracks. But when I try to play the CD there is NO SOUND at all!
All other audio CDs (burned and original) are played OK.
I don't have any sound problems but this is very strange. Any ideas why there is no sound when playing this audio CD.

Just for the heck of it try playing one of the mp3's with Windows media player instead of winamp. Hold shift, right click the file and choose "open with" then select WMP out of the list. If it plays then it could narrow down the cause of the problem.

That blank sounds exactly like a disc my friend made after he bought a new burner not long ago. It's a 24x, and his machine is only 400mhz with 64megs of ram, but he wanted to try it out full tilt....
All it did was write the TOC and the program froze a few seconds into the first track. I brought the disc home and tried it. It loaded like it's full but nothing played.
