Outlook/Access Incompatability!?

I have a machine that has MS XL installed on it along with Outlook. I installed a copy of MS Access off my Office 2000 Pro disk and now when I crank up Outlook it tells me it is a different version from Access. How can I correct this problem and get rid if the message??
