Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : logging out? leandors November 29th, 2002, 04:19 PM is it necessary to logout of a forum and how do we do that? Welshjim November 29th, 2002, 04:46 PM leandors--You log out from a little line "Log Out"at the bottom right (near the middle) about an inch above where the yellow starts on this page http://discussions.virtualdr.com/ I do not log out, so you certainly do not have to. Not logging out makes it easier to revisit, since the cookies will allow you in without logging in. A matter of taste I guess. However, if others use the same PC and you do not want to allow them to post in your name, I guess you will have to log out. TJolly December 1st, 2002, 11:09 AM Thanks for the advice Welshjim but I can't see this little logout line as you describe. For me to log out I have to click 'post a reply' and click logout. Vernon Frazee December 1st, 2002, 12:31 PM It's out at the bottom of the main page ( http://discussions.virtualdr.com ). http://64.70.165.184/vfrazee/nowonder/images/vdrlgoff.jpg TJolly December 2nd, 2002, 01:10 PM Vernon/Welshjim Thanks I've found it. When I log onto vdr I'm going to www.Virtualdr.com as my first page. What a dope I am. Thanks again. Welshjim December 2nd, 2002, 03:13 PM TJolly--You are most welcome. As you mention you can also log out from the Post Reply page. (However, I must confess I cannot find a log out option on the www.Virtualdr.com page!!).:) TJolly December 3rd, 2002, 01:33 PM Hi Welshjim Maybe a log out option should be on that page. What do you think? virtualdr.com
