checking how much memory a Cisco Router has

hey ppl! we have a Cisco 3620 router and need to know the command to see how much physical RAM & ROM memory this router has.
ANy help on this is appreciated:D

Also,

sh ?

will give you a list of commands for what you can see (sh is for show, cisco will do command completion).
